Returns Policy
180-Day Return & Exchange Policy! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you may either
return your products for a refund or exchange it for other products within 180 days of the original purchase date.And the
products for return and exchange must be in the condition when you received them and in the original box and or packinging.
Please note that the returns policy varies in details according to the different situation below.
1. Defective item/ wrong item: If you receive a defective item/an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and pay
for the return shipping fees first, then we will make an exchange for you or issue you a full refund including the return
shipping fees after you return the item.
2. Missing part: If you receive a parcel with missing part, we will send you the missing part or refund you for the missing
part in a shortest time once informed.
3. Dissatisfaction: If you return an item just because you are unsatisfied with it or the size you chose does not fit, you can
ship it back to us and the return shipping fees should be in charged by yourself. Please pay attention that the product
must be unworn and should be returned with all the original packing and the bar code provided during the returns
process to receive your refund, otherwise, the returns will be returned to you. In the original full status case we will issue
you a full refund in the 30 days return window. If you return your products beyond the 30 days return window and under
the 180 days return window, a 20% late fee will be assessed, which will also be deducted from your refund.
4. Free gift: If you receive a free gift with products that was purchased from us, the free gift is non replaceable and can not be issued
with a refund.

*Items name
*Quantity
*Image of defective products if possible.
